A mystical colour changing Gin and Tonic! Watch this magical blue cocktail turn purple with the addition of tonic water.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Butterfly Pea tea (Use any myMatcha flavour for this recipe. Choose your flavour here.)
- 60 ml Gin
- 100 ml Tonic water, sugar free
- Ice
- Mint for garnish

Instructions:
Butterfly Pea Tea
STEP 1. Scoop 1 tablespoon of Butterfly Pea Tea into a cup.
STEP 2. Pour 250ml boiling water over the tea
STEP 3. Steep for 10-15 minutes
STEP 4. Strain the tea
Gin & Tonic
STEP 1. Fill the cup with ice
STEP 2. Pour in the gin
STEP 3. Add 50 ml of butterfly pea tea
STEP 4. Pour in 100 ml tonic water
STEP 5. Add rosemary sprig and dried orange slices (optional garnish)
