How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We offer free shipping on orders over R500 to anywhere in South Africa. Any orders below R500 will be charged a R79 shipping fee.
Our Matcha is shipped directly out of Durban North and usually takes around 1-3 working days after your payment clears. If you are in the Durban area, your delivery should be with you within one working day.
We use Dawn Wing Couriers and once your order is paid, you will receive a tracking number.

Any side-effects associated with myMatcha tea?
All ingredients we use is 100% all-natural. That means we don't add any additives, colourants, chemicals, preservatives etc. That said, there is nothing within our products that will cause negative side effects.
myMatcha green does contain natural tea caffeine so if you're hyper sensitive to caffeine please limit your daily intake.
What is myMatcha teas shelf life?
Its best to store myMatcha tea in a dry cool place. It expires within 18-24 months after opening due to the exposure to air, smells, heat and humidity that will quickly deteriorate the flavour and health benefits of the powder.
Why is myMatcha tea so expensive?
It is unfortunately expensive when you compare it to normal green tea mainly because of the amount of time and work that goes into each harvest.
Young tea leaves are individually hand picked during harvest and are then shaded for 2 full weeks. This process ups the antioxidant levels in the leaves which provides powerful detoxifying effects.
Once the leaves are selected, they are manually steamed and grounded into a fine power. Since the leaves are ground up you end up consuming the entire leaf which means you get even more antioxidants out of each serving!
SIDE NOTE: Each packet gives you 90 servings for R359, which only costs around R3.98 per cup of myMatcha. That’s half the price of a cup of Nespresso!

If you do order myMatcha, and you don't even like the taste or what it looks like, then give it to a friend or family member, give us a call and I will personally refund you every cent.
You heard me right, we'll refund you without asking you to return the product!
