Healthy Matcha Tea Milkshake


Gluten - free, High Protein, Keto, Low carb, low fat & sugar free

This Healthy Matcha Green Tea Milkshake has all the flavour and texture of regular milkshakes but without all the calories, fat, and sugar.


  • 1 cup plain, Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp matcha powder (Use any myMatcha flavour for this recipe. Choose your flavour here.)
  • Sweetener of your choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

*Servings: 2 


STEP 1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Puree until smooth.

STEP 2. Serve with all natural whipped cream (avoid brands that use hydrogenated oil, I use Soyatoo Rice Whip) and an extra dash of matcha!
