Vegan & Dairy-Free
This simple and easy 3-ingredient matcha ice cream is so delicious and creamy, you'd never guess that it's dairy-free and vegan!
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 1 tbsp myMatcha powder (Use any myMatcha flavour for this recipe. Choose your flavour here.)
- Optional toppings: dark chocolate, nuts, seeds
*Servings: 3
Instructions:
STEP 1. Peel the bananas, slice them into 3-inch chunks, and freeze them in a freezer bag for at least 6 hours.
STEP 2. Add matcha powder to coconut cream, and whisk until smooth and creamy. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours until the mixture sets and hardens.
STEP 3. Place the frozen bananas and the matcha/coconut cream mixture in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
STEP 4. Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to eat.
STEP 5. Sprinkle with your favourite toppings, if using!

Notes:
You can add a bit more coconut cream to give it a smoother consistency.
