An awesome breakfast on-the-go! This creamy blueberry matcha smoothie is healthy, nutritious, naturally sweetened, and vegan.
Ingredients:

1 cup (155 grams) frozen blueberries*

1 cup (30 grams) baby spinach

1 ripe banana

1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp old fashioned oats

1 tsp matcha powder (Use any myMatcha flavour for this recipe. Choose your flavour here.)
*Servings: 2
Instructions:
STEP 1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir before serving.
Notes:
You can use fresh blueberries too, just add some ice to the blender.
