Green Matcha Latte

 Includes low carb, keto and paleo sweetener options

How to make a healthy cup of Matcha Latte at home with matcha green tea, refined-sugar-free sweetener and frothy dairy or dairy-free milk.


  • 1.5 tsp myMatcha powder (Use any myMatcha flavour for this recipe. Choose your flavour here.)
  • ½ cup very hot water
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Sweetener (optional)

*Servings: 1



STEP  1. Use a spoon to measure out 1.5 tsp of matcha powder into a bowl or mug.

STEP 2. Pour 1-2 tbsp of hot water over the matcha powder.

STEP 3. Use a bamboo whisk and whisk vigorously in a “w” motion for about 30 seconds, until loose paste forms. This helps to ensure that the matcha dissolves smoothly with no clumps.

STEP 4. Fill the cup with the remainder of the hot water, add your sweetener now if you are using any, then whisk again, until small bubbles form. You can also use a handheld frother to create even more bubbles.

STEP 5. Heat your dairy-free milk on a stovetop or microwave, then use your handheld frother to make the milk even more frothy. You can also use an electric milk frother to heat and froth your milk.

STEP 6. Pour the frothed milk into the mug. Enjoy immediately!
