For the Pancakes:

- 284 mL of almond milk

- Greek yogurt

Green Tea (Matcha) Pancake Recipe
Step 01. Add pancake mix
With a medium size bowl, add in 376 mL of Bob’s Red Mill pancake mix (or gluten-dairy free flour of choice)
Step 02. Add Matcha Green Tea
Add 2 teaspoons of Good Quality Matcha Green Tea Powder into pancake mix.

Step 03. Add egg
Add a whole egg into pancake mix.
Step 04. Add MCT oil (or coconut oil)
Add 2 teaspoons of MCT oil or coconut oil into pancake mix.
Step 05. Add almond milk
Add 284 mL of almond milk into pancake mix.
Step 06. Mix
Step 07. Grease pan
Use 1 teaspoon of ghee or butter of choice to grease a large frying pan.
Step 08. Make pancakes
Pour 57 mL of batter into the pan forming 5-7 centimeter circles.
When you see bubble, it is time to flip them on to the other side.
Step 09. Time for toppings
Spread 1 teaspoon of Greek yogurt on to pancakes.
Sprinkle granola over Greek yogurt.
Pour maple syrup or honey over delicious pancakes.
