Matcha Protein Balls

YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2 Tablespoons and 2 teaspoons of High Quality Matcha Tea Powder. Just click here to grab yours.
  • Medjool Dates
  • Raw Cashews
  • Pistachios
  • Almond butter
  • 25g or 2 tablespoons of protein powder
  • Food Processor

Step 01. Add nuts and dates

Add cashews, pistachios and dates into a food processor. Blend until they are in a crumbly texture state.

Step 02. Add Matcha Powder and butter

Follow by adding Matcha green tea powder, the protein powder and almond butter into processor. 

Blend until texture is dough like. If the corporation of these ingredients are not coming together, add maple syrup or water for it to reach the state of sticky dough.

Step 03. Roll into balls

Simply grab a chunk of the dough with the tips of your fingers and roll into a small ball with your palms. Repeating until all the dough is finished.

Step 04. Serve

Place these cute little Matcha Tea balls on a platter, you can refrigerate to harden them a bit or simply serve fresh.
